What's in the Completed page?

The Completed page archives all of your Completed forms. Completed forms can be stored in the system indefinitely, so you can always refer back to an archived form. At anytime, you can view the form and send a copy of the form to another SuccessFactors user.

The Completed page uses folders to help you organize your forms. All Completed forms are initially stored in the default Un-Filed main folder. When you create new folders of your own, you can move them out of the Un-Filed folder, but you can never delete this default folder.

What's a Completed form?

A Completed form can be any form that has gone through the entire review process and is now being archived, or it can be a note that you've created and filed away for future reference. The Completed form you see is a snapshot of the final version of the form, and is always in read-only format, so you can't change the content. Additionally, you can only see forms for which you've provided a full evaluation, forms that are about you, and notes created by you or sent to you.
